about missing you.

a letter to me.

and whoever caught up in the loop of darkness.

i truly miss the time when a cup of milo makes you lift your spirit and all the tiredness that accumulates throughout the day

i miss you when you see good food, your eyes lit up and you just wanna savour all of them in one second

i miss you when you actively ask your friends out and chase after all your cravings and love all that you do

i miss you when you dare to be open about your passion and you go for it and you feel adrenaline down your spine

-- I'm saying taking all those language classes

i miss you when you love your oppas and are actually proud of why you love them

-- and I do miss their chemistry

i miss the time when you feel pure happiness and wholeness in all that you do

thanks for having the courage to confront the darkness you put yourself through

and emerge knowing what were true and right for yourself

on the journey to become more proactive in seeking the future you envision, i hope you find your true self and appreciate the little things that made you smile back then

and forget about all the people who tell you otherwise

and forget about all the fear that people inject in you

and i hope you set your heart and mind free to seek what matters to you and be brave for whatever challenges you are going to face along the path you seek

i hope you find yourself amidst all these chaos and i hope you make the people that matter proud

"those who doubt, don't matter.

those who support you, remember them.

those who stayed, worship them and thank them"

see you in 5 years' time!

growth takes time, and do reward yourself for all the little milestones you build in your life. nothing is too small, because you are the one to define their values!
